With over a decade of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, revenue cycle optimization, and appeals management, Vanessa Debrick-Lane brings a dual-lens perspective that uniquely positions her to drive transformation in today’s complex healthcare landscape.

She has led Appeals & Grievances operations at major national health plans including Molina Healthcare and Anthem, managing teams of up to 50 professionals across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial lines of business. Her experience spans both payer and provider environments, giving her unmatched insight into the operational nuances and challenges of each side.

 

Vanessa's career has been rooted in provider-side revenue cycle management, holding roles in medical collections, coding, leadership, and ultimately Director-level positions. Under her leadership, teams have consistently delivered measurable results — including improved first-pass resolution rates, reduced days in A/R, and millions in recovered revenue.

 

Her leadership philosophy blends strategic vision with a hands-on approach, focusing on both immediate wins and long-term sustainability. She’s passionate about building scalable solutions that align people, processes, and data — and her deep industry expertise allows her to create frameworks that produce lasting operational improvements.
